She an accomplished singer and trumpet player\, as well as a songwriter on her own right. She is the co-founder of Tanuki and Hip Mama\, and a member of many acts in the area\, like Mastersonics and Zoobop to name a few. \nPlaying new original tunes and jazz standards\, Memo\, Katie and Georgie’s genuine musical connection will create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.

The record is tinged with a who’s who of seasoned session players\, some who have played or recorded with the likes of Keith Richards\, Norah Jones\, Carol King\, Steve Earle\, Willie Nelson\, Ray Charles\, and Stevie Wonder to name but a few. \nDan kicked off 2015 playing on New Year’s Day at the Byron Bay Falls Festival as the winner of the Play Mullum & Falls Festival song competition for his track from the album ‘Payday’. The lead single ‘Lay Down Your Guns’ had the accompanying film clip officially selected to premiere at Byron Bay’s 2015 International Film Festival. Dan was then chosen to open for Grammy award-winning blues artist Charlie Musselwhite on his February 2015 Australian tour.  \n Dan has previously opened Australian tour shows for the likes of America’s Donavon Frankenreiter and Charlie Parr and also Australian icons such as Tex Perkins\, Pete Murray\, Black Sorrows and Mental as Anything. Hannaford has also showcased his talent at Australia’s premier Byron Bay Blues Festival being named on the bill alongside John Fogerty\, Cold Chisel and Crosby Stills & Nash with his single ‘Deeper Water’ included on the Bluesfest 2012 compilation album. \nDan’s first independent release Rust and Dust (2012) was recorded at the Hannaford family fishing shack\, ‘Hannarock’\, in Red Rock on the NSW North Coast with blues/folk musician and producer\, Mike McCarthy. It featured as album of the week on ABC Radio and their collaboration single ‘I’ve Gone Fishing’ also received major airplay on ABC Radio’s fishing show\, ‘The Big Fish’. \nDan Hannaford’s musical career began when he played on a Channel [V] music showcase in 2009 where he was spotted by record industry legend Seymour Stein who requested a demo. This led to the recording of the ‘Bootleg’ EP/demo in 2010. \nSince then Dan Hannaford has been busy playing hundreds of stages all around Australia\, including the Australian Blues Festival\, Gympie Country Muster\, National Folk Festival and Tamworth Country Music Festival. In 2015 he toured Europe to perform at The Summertime Blues Festival in Austria. \nDan Hannaford will be followed by DJ Panda until late.

Music is my passion\, and I’ve been partaking in the profession ever since I can remember\, playing various instruments\, but I found my expertise in piano and guitar. For the past year of 2023\, I began playing gigs across the Northern Rivers and surrounding areas\, experiencing performing at pubs\, clubs\, weddings\, functions\, birthdays and public/private events. The Mad Mancunian tweeted the lyrics to Sentimental and Monday to his 3 million followers. \n‘Darkness is nothing but a lack of light as you were LG x’  \nEarlier\, the production whiz/multi-instrumentalist Dawson met singer/fellow polymath Carroll as a volunteer teachers living out of backpacks in Southeast Asia. Later\, they looked each other up in Europe where Carroll was trying to get a break in Sweden and Dawson was riding the buzz of his then-band Dukes of Windsor. \nThis party of two soon began with debut album When The Storms Would Come in 2014 – all Knopfler and Young guitars with Oberst and Springsteen sighs through a unique Stockholm (Carroll) meets Melbourne (Dawson) lens. \nPaint (2017) had a robust confidence to it (That Message\, Shadow) and contained a proper hit True Lovers (50 million + streams across DSPs).\nMy Own Pool of Light (2019) showed off ecstatic\, Gorillaz-influenced pop (Faces)\, devastating paeans to mortality (Teach Me About Dying) and more of those lyrics that pull you down while boosting you up; \n‘I woke up in a room on fire\nflames were licking at the foot of my bed\nsmoke and light dancing on my ceiling\nclosed my eyes and then I slept.’\n(Maybe You Know) \nHoly Holy extended their range on Hello My Beautiful World (2021)\, grabbing hotly tipped collaborators and sticking the landing with CLEWS (The Aftergone) and searing rapper Queen P (Port Rd). \nTheir latest work with Sydney-based rapper and producer Kwame on Messed Up shows a band that is happy to wrong-foot listeners\, much like their forebears\, Radiohead. Messed Up sounds like Rufus re-doing Vangelis’ original Bladerunner soundtrack in drum-and-bass style. Chaos. \nOff the back of the 19 bangers added to the national youth broadcaster\, devoted fans have helped Holy Holy achieve one Double Platinum and four Gold singles.
