Illustrated Above are a garage punk rock band from Coffs Harbour, built around the songwriting of Samuel Beats on guitar and vocals and Jay K on drums.

Forged through years of friendship growing up on the Coffs Coast, their music looks back on youth, memory and experience while hitting with urgency in the present. Influenced by acts including The Drones, The Bangles and At The Drive-In, Illustrated Above bring raw energy, passion and intensity to every live performance.
