The Jam Jar is a local group of mates hailing from around the Coffs area, keen to take their unique sound far and wide. A four piece band drawing influence from bands like The Who, The Grogans, The Ramones and The Beatles creating a tasty fusion of classic aussie indie and garage rock bringing some wicked tracks to the table. Recently they played in a statewide live battle of the bands in Sydney after winning the semi finals in Coffs. The Jam Jar writes almost constantly every time they rehearse another tune is added to their repertoire, and soon some records will be out for people to get their hands on. The How Abouts are a dynamic local band, featuring Bella on vocals, Sam on guitar, Kyle on bass, and Ethan on drums. Based in Coffs, we’ve been playing together for the past six months, jamming and performing at high school events and concerts, as well as playing at different places around the area. Our passion for music drives us as we explore various genres, from funk to rock to pop, infusing each cover with our unique sound. We’re currently writing original tracks, aiming to hit the studio later this year. For us, it’s all about the love of performing and sharing that energy with our audience—always with a spirit of fun and creativity.
