Tareik Hart is a Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter born and raised on Gumbaynggirr Country. Tareik has been writing his own original music for the past decade. Tareik identifies as Gumbaynggirr and is a proud member of the local Gumbaynggirr Community. He was chosen as a finalist for the main deadly talent competition in 2019. He has performed at the Saltwater Freshwater Festival and the Bowraville Theatre with other Gumbaynggirr Acts. Tareik has performed his original music at the Urunga Originals. Tareik has been training his singing voice to support his excellent and adept ability to play the guitar. Tareik draws his influence from contemporary Australian Indie, Lofi, Pub Rock, Surf Rock, Classic Rock, and Roots music to create his own unique brand of alternative, acoustic rock. music. Tareik combines this eclectic and broad range of musical influences with the spirit of his Gumbaynggirr heritage. Tareik has a strong passion for writing and performing music for crowds, both intimate and large.
